Full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (with receipt).
Must be in original, sealed packaging.
Opened Products (Partial Refund):
50% refund if ≥50% of the product remains unused (within 14 days).
No refunds for less than 50% remaining.
Defective/Damaged Items:
Free replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery (photo proof required).
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened creatine/whey tubs with safety seal broken (unless defective).
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
